On the 28th of December, 2018, Mr. Bounnhang Phengsouvanh, Advisor to Government Relations and member of the Executive Committee, on behalf of NT1PC, provided scholarship grants, with a total combined value of 297,000,000 LAK, to 4 students from Pakkading and Viengthong District, Bolikhamxay Province, to undertake a bachelor’s degree level of study at the National University of Laos from the year 2018 to 2023.
