The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a reputable, non-governmental entity that establishes standards to ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of products, services, and systems. A business can obtain an ISO certification to validate its compliance with quality process standards set forth by the International Standards Organization. Achieving ISO certification demonstrates a company’s commitment to meeting these stringent standards, thereby enhancing its credibility and reliability among clients and other strategic business partners.
